The app is rubbish. It's all dark and the writing is dark as well which made me overlook my estimated delivery time (it was literally in very dark grey on black background) and move my delivery date by accident. The customer service doesn't exist, the courier phone number they give you with tracking code doesn't work at all, the other one you can find online is premium and nobody picks up - you can only leave a voice mail. The company promises its clients live chat that is nowhere to be found but I don't think it matters as other reviews say it doesn't work like other forms of contact. Terrible experience so far.
