I found a card left for me to contact their local depot. Tried the number constantly and no reply, read the reviews and feared the worst!! However I emailed the head office just before closing time and received an email reply stating that the local company woul be in contact. Barely 15 minutes later received a call from the local office apologizing for the phone problem and offering to deliver the same evening- an hour later(7pm) the van arrived. Can't fault them so 10/10.
