Did not attempt delivery in the first time slot they sent me which I was advised the next day was because an agency driver had left depot with a load and returned after delivering one item saying 'he couldn't do this'. Delivered next day but only had 2 of the 3 packages. Driver Greg said he would go and get the third and did and delivered within 30 mins at end of day. Bless Greg in Stoke.
