I am utterly disappointed with the abysmal service provided by DP. My parcel, which was supposed to arrive on the 7th of May, is still nowhere in sight. Despite numerous assurances from XDP's leaders and supervisors, each day brings nothing but false promises and excuses. After enduring days of waiting and being told my parcel would arrive the following day, I received a call from a staff member at the shipping depot on Friday afternoon, claiming that they would make a weekend delivery exception. Yet, here I am on Sunday, still without my order. The lack of accountability and failure to meet delivery deadlines is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against using XDP for any shipping needs, as their incompetence and unreliability has led to nothing but frustration and inconvenience for me.
