Delivery slot of 1800-2000 hrs given which is late anyway. 2200 hrs at last driver is about 25 mins away from me - received message to say I’m next. 1 minute later - a notification, sorry we missed you!! unable to deliver - re-arrange. No facility to do this they automatically re-arranged a next day delivery to the following week!! Emails sent - ignored. Complete failure as a delivery company. Wickes use this company for delivery and for that reason I will never order from Wicked again. They also failed to secure a suitable delivery and to respond to the issues of failed delivery and the lies about me not being home for the delivery. Disgusted and frustrated.
