Heard nothing from this company about when my furniture was going to be delivered until the morning of delivery. No option to choose a safe place or alter the date of delivery. Downloaded the app so I could track delivery; was supposed to arrive between 4-7pm which suited me as I would home from work. Arrived home at 3.30pm & the furniture had already been delivered & dumped on my doorstep & had been there for at least 3 hours. No email to say it had been delivered until 7pm which according to the driver was when it had been delivered! He also signed for the delivery himself with the phrase 'delivered safely' which apparently means dumped outside a house. It was pure luck no-one had taken it. Shockingly bad service.
