Bed headboard delivered. Clearly dropped in transit, parcel hurriedly shoved in my hallway “we’re not paid to take it upstairs” damage to box hidden by placement. Replacement headboard advised delivery due that morning when I was already away for half term. I called them to say don’t deliver. Message completely ignored and parcel left outside round the back delivery men having helped themselves to opening my gate and deciding this was a safe place. It’s now wet and too big for me to take in anyway so it’s currently still there waiting for them to come back and no doubt chuck it on their van.
