An abhorrent experience. Not only did the delivery come three hours outside of the ETA (which, in itself, isn't so bad) but ... it wasn't delivered to us at all. We're apartment building 30 and the driver just dumped the heavy package in apartment building 3. Luckily we have some amazing people living in that flat who not only came all that way and told us, but offered a lift in their car to get the package back to my flat as it's about a 10 minute walk and the package itself was extremely heavy (as it was a chest of drawers). On the box it said (SIGNATURE REQUIRED) and I'd received text earlier that day asking for contactless signature. If I'd signed that contactless signature early I would've been f*cked. So the delivery driver either got no signature, or he made one up. I can't even find a place to complain directly to XDP. If one of the Apartment 3 residents didn't come to save the day, that would've been £100 out of my pocket.
