I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered an armchair from a company which wasn’t suitable so wanted to return. They arranged collection via XDP. Received a collection slot and then text saying I was the next stop. Driver never shows up but when I check the tracking link later it says that item has been collected when it wasn’t. Contacted the retailer who arranged another collection for a few days later, again receive a window for collection and then text saying my stop is next. Waited at home all day long and driver never shows up. Contacted retailer again and they said driver attempted collection but there was nothing to collect. The driver never came, never knocked on the door, just outright lied. At a loss of what to do now to return my item and am £300 out of pocket. Absolute disgrace of a company, can’t contact anyone, no response via email, can’t connect to anyone on live chat and no phone number to use. AVOID AT ALL COST. They should be shut down for defrauding people.
