mixed feelings about this company .had a bad service in the past non delivery on day of comfirmation.had email saying driver claiming nobody in ..in fact there all day. phoned there contact number.recorded message saying office closed giving an alternative number .no answer delivery was made next day driver said the 1st delivery was not delivered due to van breaking down so 2 different excuses.now having purchased something online was annoyed to find retailer using this courier .suprised. to say at the least when my parcel turned up a little early of delivery window. driver was professional and polite.what can I say. hopefully this company may be getting their act together
