Our bed frame was delivered to the wrong house ( a complete stranger) the driver obviously didn't check the the name who signed or the address he was suppose to be delivering to, even though it was clearly labelled on the parcels (2 part parcel) luckily the honest stranger rang our doorbell 9pm that night and my husband went to collect it - when we tried to track it - it said we had it delivered 5pm that night - NO when I rang the office first thing in the morning the person who asked didn't seem surprised and made matters worse hence the score - sorry but you did ask
