They said they were delivering my item on a Thursday (nearly two weeks after ordering), live tracking all day and staying in just in case, nothing arrived. Same happened the next day. Again on Monday, I get an email saying mine is the next stop and signed for it via email. Then find out it is smashed and sent back. No way to get on live chat as it is always 'busy' and their app crashes when I try to email. Spent £10 on delivery which I now cannot get back, even though I never saw the parcel as they smashed it during delivery. AVOID!
