Terrible company. The collection was booked twice and twice nobody came for the collection. I’m stuck with five packages. They lied that they went to address but nobody was there and provided photos of some random houses not mine. I was waiting all day for them with open door and boxes ready for collection twice, taking time off from work. Maybe the driver doesn’t have GPS? Not reliable, terrible company! They have my phone number, my email, nobody even bothered to contact me. I’m stuck for another week with five big boxes at home.
