We rejected a delivery as we did not order it. The delivery driver told my 72 year old mother that she still needed to sign so he could take it back. He lied as he took the parcel back with him but told the company that we had taken delivery of the item. Unfortunately for him he did not realise my mothers ring camera had captured the whole exchange including him taking them back. He was totally deceitful & dishonest and took advantage I feel of my mother being elderly. These parcels were too big & heavy for her to carry or take in. Trying to get in touch with anybody at XDP via phone is a nightmare & emailing them Just sets off a round of email tennis back & too with nobody doing anything. I cannot stress enough how terrible this company is & looking at the rest of the reviews it seems I am not alone in thinking this!
