Wickes products can't fault them, very good. However the delivery service they use XDP is the worst delivery service I have had used. They tried to deliver it the first day, so I took two hours off work, not delivered. Second day another two hours off work not delivered. So this time I contacted Wickes for a full refund, and now I have to wait fourteen days for terrible delivery service to send the item back to wickes warehouse and then I get my refund. Fourteen days later and still no refund, this is a joke by this delivery company. So I phone up wickes on customer service and spoke to their customer service person and this has now been sorted it out. Money back in my bank account the same day, however XDP still charged me for a delivery for which they could not manage. I really hope Wickes find another delivery service, because XDP are a joke.
