I can't think of a worse company that I've encountered in 20 years. XPD are a shambles who couldn't deliver a letter from one side of a road to another. They lie and mislead and couldn'tt give less of a shit about their appalling service or the misery they will cause you. They claim that their drivers have been, when they haven't, they claim that they have emailed & carded you when they haven't, they take your mobile numbers to call you, but then don't, they claim that their own phones lines are down when they aren't. Avoid XPD like the plague.
