Ordered a bunk bed which was in 3 boxes driver brought one box to my door and said he would be back in 10 mins as he had delivered the other box to the wrong address. He brought box number 2 but still one box missing he said oh it may arrive tomorrow. Tomorrow nothing came then the next day the same guy arrived with a completely opened box with bits falling out. In the end we sent the beds back as they weren't good quality which is nothing to do with the delivery company but the shop wanted to use the same delivery company and we had several contacts with the shop saying they delivery companys systems were down. Collection from them took over a week.
