Estimated delivery was 13th October. I had a delivery which consisted of two boxes. They delivered one box to my address on the 14th and the other to a wrong address. They then picked it up from the wrong address and instead of bringing it to me they brought it back to the depot. The latest tracking update says it has been at the depot since 18th October. I emailed them to see what was going on with my missing package and I was provided with the depot number. I've many times at different times of the day and nobody answered. They then informed me that it wasn't at the warehouse although tracking update said it was. They told me to ask supplier for replacement but it isn't the suppliers fault they delivered it to the wrong address then lost my package, it's XDPs fault! Now they are not replying to my emails.
