Xdp have made a mess of my Christmas delivery. From the start I had no correspondence regards my parcel, then to be called a week after my order by a delievery driver stating I’m not at my address to receive this parcel, worst part about that call was hearing they tired to deliver the parcel to my addres, I have a invoice as proof it was meant to be going to another address. The delievery driver advised me he’d bring the parcel back later that day.
I then received a phone call from the delivery driver stating the packaging for my parcel was now damaged and the contents could be seen to my horror they promised to have it sorted and delievered the following day to the correct address it was even updated on the tracking site I have proof of this too,
I have now received a email from the company I purchased my product from the to be advised my parcel has been sent back to them and will not be out before Christmas, this result means my little daughter will not receive her Christmas gift in time I am very upset with both the company I purchased from and XDP they should be shut down and not allowed to delivery parcels as they whole service has been nothing but Mis information and poor customer service.
I will also be reporting them the their governing body
