was in at time stipulated on card put through letterbox -
but hey , no worries il just phone to arrange redelivery !
couldn't email as address had been left off of card
after trying 2 different phone numbers for them and leaving my details and barely readable consigngment number twice - still no return call
talking about card again - its a waste of time
* no email address on it left blank
* can hardly read consignment number
* if I filled card in about where to leave it etc - wot do I do with card ?
* tried tracking my delivery but their system couldn't find it
