Parcel was due on 23 April. Have taken THREE DAYS off work waiting around for my item. Finally the website said the item was loaded onto the van today but the van has been stationary in Sunderland all day according to the tracking system. It will be 4 days late if the item does arrive tomorrow but I can't take any more time off so they'll just have to leave the item on the porch. I tried contacting customer service by phone but hung up after waiting 30 mins on hold. I've emailed twice but not had a response. Ridiculous company - how can they get away with this?
