If I could give 0 stars would. What a joke!!
They attempted delivery on a day specifically noted not suitable and then sent my goods back to the supplier without telling me. We waste a day waiting for the delivery on the day that had actually been agreed two days after my goods had been sent back, oblivious to the fact they wouldn't be arriving.
The communication from this company is severely lacking in every way possible - I'm sure they are all very nice people but the service as a whole is shocking. I wish I had a say in who my supplier use but unfortunately this is not the case, as I certainly wouldn't use XDP by choice.
A email was given to me to send a complaint to, but lo and behold it has come back as unrecognized.
Apparently, they sent my blind back to the supplier last Wednesday (25th July), despite being made aware that it was to be re-delivered - I understand the stockbridge warehouse manager was away for a few days so no one bothered to check these instructions). I wonder if they can explain then, why it still hasn't arrived back with the supplier? 10 days? Really?!!
I have also now been made aware that they send goods back in bulk, so wait until they have enough to send back together? So actually, despite what the agents are telling me, my blind has probably been sat in the warehouse all this time and they told a big fat lie that my blind had been sent back.
I have lost all patience with this company, thank fully the supplier will not be using them to re-deliver my goods once they finally arrive back.
DISGUSTING Company, I can understand that it may be down to just a few bad egg employees but if XDP are the type of business who think this kind of example is ok and who are willing to employee these people, they should absolutely not be trading.
I will be taking this further now as this is absolutely unacceptable.
