I have waited in for 3 days now for my parcel as the tracking said it would be here every day? The first day they said failed attempted of delivery when I was in and heard no knock at the door proably the lazy delivery driver didn’t want to walk up the stairs.. Try and contact customer service and they are completely useless and tried ringing the depot no answer at all tried calling 23 times in 30 mintues and still had no answer!! Really not happy with this service as my parcel is quite an expensive one and I should of had next day delivery for the price I paided.. Would not recommend to anyone to use this company compete waste of time..
