How do you give no stars? I received a text message informing that delivery would be made on a certain date and within a one hour window. It was not. No update was received by text but I could see their online tracker roll delivery forward one day. When delivery again failed to materialise on the second day I called up XDP and was told the courier was running late but I would definitely have my consignment by the end of the day. I definitely did not. No update was received or made to the tracker. I called up XDP but could not get through. I left a message with all details requested but did not receive a call back. I tried calling again but got the out of hours message even though it was well within their stated hours of business in the out of hours message. This is unacceptable for what should have been an overnight delivery.
