Atrocious. No one at the entire company knows what is going on. I’ve already had one no show delivery and no reason given. I was promised delivery today. It’s not shown up yet again. The customer service rep after calling 30 times had no idea whether it was going to turn up and just gave me the drivers number and said good luck. Anyone that uses this service to ship to customers are completely indifferent to your time, money or receiving your goods. Do not use this joke of a courier service at all costs it is the worst I have ever encountered.
