Poor Communication
After receiving delivery confirmation on Wednesday that my package was going to be delivered the next day between 10:45 and 12:45 I took the day off.
At 15:00 after trying to call through multiple times I was told that someone would get back to me. After which I received a voicemail at 16:50 telling me that the lorry had been in a road traffic accident and that my delivery would be back out the next day. So I took another day off work and waited patiently. Until at 14:00 I managed to get through, again after trying multiple times to find out that they don't have the lorry back and it isn't clear that they have any idea when they might be able to deliver the package.
I appreciate these things happen, however I received no proactive communication at all from XDP and would suggest people search for a more reliable and proactive courier.
