Was told my delivery would arrive on 3rd april between 3.30 and 5.30 pm. Nothing arrived checked on the tracking and it said it was in delivery depot again. Could not contact them by telephone or email. Then a neighbour from another street came with my goods, it had been delivered there 2 days ago about half a mile away and luckily his father knew us.
The delivery address clearly stated house number 3 and it was delivered to house no 69!!
Tried to call to complain but no joy. Am going to tell seller not to use them again.
