I ordered a battery for my caravan from a company in Greater Manchester. Good service price etc. Collected by XDP within an hour or so (so the tracker said) This was for overnight delivery ( I paid extra) . My parcel £120 worth's was delivered monday evening. We were away with the caravan. Luckily our son dropped by our house and found the battery by our back door. It would have been outside for 3 nights. Worst of all, I left a note on the front door to say please leave with a choice of two neighbours. On the tracker it was sat in a depot at Stockbridge for the weekend. You can not speak to anyone, and if you another option on the phone menu, they tell you to use live chat. They say the button is at the bottom of the screen on their website. No it isn't. XPD are shambolic amateurs, who need to sort there distribution system out. Also actually speak to customers.
