Dreadful customer service from XDP Ltd. Parcel supposed to be delivered today - nothing ! nada ! The online tracking system shows it has been sitting in their depot since early hours of this morning with no attempt to do anything with it. Guess the drivers were given the Friday before Bank Holiday off ;-( Website says they have been trading since 1995, though reading all of the negative reviews online, I have no idea how they can possibly say they have "grown to be the largest privately owned parcel carrier in the UK, and have built a reputation for reliability and quality of service." Why do companies continue to risk their brand reputation by partnering with XDP and being tarnished with such bad customer service. Get your act together XDP.
