Absolutely disgusting service! I ordered an item which was meant to be delivered by XDP. I had a phone call at 10am on a Monday to advise that they would be delivering between 11am and 1pm. I explained that I wasnt home so he said he would deliver the next morning, I further explained that I work and this wasnt convenient and gave a couple of options of when I would be home. His was very annoyed by this and said they only deliver in the mornings and he would have to see what he could do and then hung up on me!! I tried messaging the company with no response and then they changed my delivery status to being returned to sender. In the end I had to contact the company in which I purchased the product who advised me that the company actually deliver 8am till 8pm. They spoke to the depot manager who advised them that my product had been put on a returns crate! The outcome is that they are unable to track my item down and I am unable to get a new one from the company as they have sold out. This delivery company is by far the worst I have ever come across and if they are linked to any businesses it would definitely put me off from purchasing from them.
