Day 2 of failed deliveries and useless reassurances, 2 days just stuck at home, unable to go anywhere or get things done. Any time I've called (and it's at least a 20 minute wait when I do) they say they can't get hold of the driver and will call back. They don't. I've had verbal confirmation and an email confirmation that my parcel will definitely be delivered today. That it's definitely on the van. That the supervisor personally made sure it was loaded onto the van. It's now quarter past seven, 15 minutes past their delivery cut off so I'm guessing I'll need to do all this again tomorrow. The nonsense of phoning, waiting in, getting up and down at the sound of every passing vehicle and wondering if I'll ever get what I paid for.
