Pretty bad experience, customer service is a joke. Had to google the local delivery depot myself and arrange for delivery to be made. All of the contact information on confirmation email is incorrect. All in all a very bad experience and would recommend steering well clear if at all possible. Its amazing that they have contracts with big hitters like wayfair and aldi. they need to up their game or it may all come crashing down. I intend to log formal complaints with wayfair as its the only way they will improve. Its a shame you cant specify who does the delivery before you order.
