would give 0 stars if I could, waiting for a mattress from beds.co.uk, so asked what day it would be, they couldn't get hold of them as no-one answers the phone, tried email chat, 22 people waiting, supposed to deliver on the Friday, no delivery, was told they wouldn't drop off without a signature but did anyway outside front door in rain. emailed them, no reply, they must employ c.... with learning difficulties.
