Disgusting service lying about a delivery.
Ordered a few bits from Wayfair including a bed frame. The frame was due to be delivered on Friday 12th didn't come. Next day it was due on Monday still didn't come. On the Tuesday I received a text stating it will come later in the day with a 3 hour delivery time still didn't come. Didn't arrive Wednesday or Thursday either and I took annual leave to make sure I was in all day. Sat in the front room waiting for a delivery all week but nothing. Then this morning they had the cheek to email me saying that a delivery was attempted at 6.30am today (Friday) which is an obvious lie as no calling card and me and my partner were both awake. To further add to the insult the number on the email to reschedule the phantom delivery doesn't even work AVOID at all costs and don't use Wayfair if they continue to use XDP
