This is hands down the worse experience I've ever had with a courier company. I can barely believe they are in operation and that suppliers are continuing to use them.
Not only are XDP unreliable, they are dishonest! They repeatedly lied about attempting to deliver my package. Huge waste of time. I will not be purchasing from outlets such as Wayfair, if they continue to use this company. They are a shambles.
