We paid for next day delivery. They planned to deliver bathroom things needed for a job 17:45 to 19:45. We couldnt go out and they didnt turn up. No text no call, nothing. We sat in some more in case they were running late. Nothing. I looked at their online "status checking" and it hadnt been updated since 9am. I emailed them and didnt receive a reply. Next morning (today) I checked "status checking" and it said they will be delivering today at the end of the day. No contact, no apology, no explanation. Now we have to sit in again for two hours and see if they turn up!! Avoid at all costs.
