Disgraceful Service. I have no words. Delivery guy has only 2 minutes to deliver and companyDOESN'T deliver to flat door. I was advised to hire somebody. Now, I am single, not that young anymore to carry "this" stuff and it was ordered from wayfair . It should be in the delivery contract that deliveries will be just "dumped" . I refused to sign till its at my door. AVOID ! P.S. And the excuse " If we enter a building and were to scratch a wall or damage a carpet, or even bring in mud we could be liable for the damage" ...is rubbish. I get every day deliveries from companies all over the country and I never had this in 50 years.
