Utter garbage.
Was expecting a bed from Wayfair Yesterday between 3:30pm-5:30pm and it never arrived. Tracking update around 4am said "Service Fail".
At 8am this morning the tracking update said ETA would be Today between 9:30am-11:30am and it now nearly 4pm and still nothing.
Emailed them and got no reply and their so called 'Live Chat' on the bottom of their page is not even showing up.
I have a 13 year old without a bed since Friday and will be heading to IKEA for one if XDP are not here by 6pm latest.
We have a number of other items we were ordering from
Wayfair but not anymore, they have lost yet another customer because of XDP and their incompetence.
IF they actually made the effort to contact a customer regarding delays then maybe people would go easy on them. Many of us have other things to do do instead of waiting in for something that may or may not be delivered. I can certainly see why they have got so many negative reviews on here and other review sites.
