Absolutely a joke of a company!! They have had me on hold now for 35 min I have took the day off work in order to collect my items only to be in waiting all day for no-one to show up never again will I ever use this service!!! Terrible at communication and helping with any problem and who charges customers 7p per minute to get help on the phone??
