Received a text is morning to say that my parcel will be delivered between 10.13am and 12:13pm waited in all day long on my only day off and it still hasn’t arrived, I tracked my parcel online and it now says it was delivered at 10:45am this morning which it wasn’t, wasted a full day waiting in for nothing, tried to call the number on the website all day and they keep hanging up the phone, no live chat on the website, sent an email to receive a response to say that my email has been rejected as there is no such email address, absolutely fuming.
