This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have lost three work days trying to get chairs delivered from Wayfair via XPD. I phoned this morning to check what time I could expect delivery only to be told the goods had been returned despite the fact that my delivery was booked in( for the fourth time) I am furious about this. There was no apology, no explanation, no ownership of the process. It has been needlessly stressful dealing with them.
They don’t respond to emails asking for details of formal complaint procedure, they don’t acknowledge the content of emails.
I have raised this with Wayfair but was told that they cannot control distribution. I will never buy from Wayfair again. This has been a horrendous experience.
