Absolutely disgusted with the appalling level of 'service'. I've phoned, emailed and texted repeatedly (11x times) over the last week with only 2 replies and they still have my urgent parcel sat in their depot. Because the driver wasn't able to find the major high street retailer the parcel is addressed to!! Use XDP at your peril. They will ruin your reputation and everyone's patience.
