Ordered beds from Wayfair, expected delivery was 27/11. I had an email to say it had been shipped. I had a text from XDP on 26/11 saying delivery was today between 7:28pm - 9:28pm, bit late I thought but it did mean that I'd be home. By 10pm no delivery, there is no live tracking on their website, no live chat. As it was out of office hours I thought I'd email so first to work I the morning would see it and be able to advise. I was in the middle of emailing Wayfair when an email popped up telling me that the XDP email hadn't been delivery as the destination domain doesn't exist. Wayfair say the beds are at the XDP depot and they will attempt three times to deliver so I just need to wait for another text to advise when they are coming however my argument is, they haven't attempted a first delivery yet, they just didn't show up. Order tracking hasn't been updated since Tuesday and they haven't made any contact, which is just the worst customer service. I wouldn't have minded a call to say that traffic was bad or the van broke down etc as it would mean that they care for their customers but as they are so hard to contact, the website is rubbish and customer service is non existent that alone tells me that this is a company to steer clear of.
