Had two parcels delivered by XDP. The first consisted of 3 separate boxes. I received confirmation of delivery date, but decided to rearrange for the next day since I wouldn't be home. Got an email telling me it was rearranged as requested. Next day comes - no delivery. Check tracking: it's sitting in the depot. Forget calling XDP! I sat in a queue for 30 mins only to be cut off. I emailed the depot and was told quite simply the consignment had been returned to sender... no explanation as to why. When I asked why, when it was arranged for delivery I was told it was damaged. This is the same consignment they had loaded on the van to deliver the day previous. Common sense would say they must have damaged unloading it. I asked why I hadn't been informed of this only to receive a potted life story! The next parcel I never even received any notification of expected time of delivery. Both items came from Wayfair - so if you buy from Wayfair, expect XDP to be your courier, and expect issues with an unconcerned delivery company! Good luck - you'll need it!
