There is no option to give zero stars or I would have. This is the second bad experience I have had with XDP. Two weeks ago I was expecting a delivery from Blinds to go. they gave me a time slot and never turned up. I couldn't get through by phone and emails were not answered. Tracking said they had attempted delivery twice on different days and left a card which they did not as I was in and have 2 yappy dogs. I CAME HOME ONE NIGHT AND FOUND MY PACKAGE ON THE GRASS ON THE BACK GARDEN, THE CARDBOARD BOX WAS SOGGY AND DROPPED TO PIECES AS IT HAD BEEN RAINING ALL DAY. I had no indication that they were to deliver on that day or that they had delivered the parcel.
I am now expecting a door to be delivered from Wayfair. XDP said they were delivering Friday, I got a text to say they were delivering Wednesday with a 2 hour slot, they never turned up but tracking said they had attempted delivery and left a card ..... they hadn't done either. I rang Wayfair who were no help, they said they cannot contact XDP. I still do not know when my door will be delivered. I want to know who is delivering my goods before I order anything else online.
