Appalling company, parcel not delivered and their website does not allow contact. Telephone not answered, left hanging on for far too long or the answer phone tells you to respond by email or use live chat. There is no live chat available and they do not reply to emails - 4 days and still waiting. Attended their head quarters through sheer frustration, reception lady superb, sadly their warehouse staff had no clue where anything was and couldn't find missing package. Relatively simple I thought something comes in - tick Something goes out - tick. Appears they do not understand this!!! Also delivery driver god bless him on his first day was lovely - he had a 3 package item, but was only given 2 to deliver, XDP had a 3 part delivery yet their computer says 4 parts - they really have no clue.........
