Absolutely diabolical, been told on 3 separate occasions item was out for delivery, in the end told them to unload tumble dryer from van and made alternative arrangements I. E myself to go n drive there and pick it up myself they have no clue what there doing apart from lying, can't believe wayfair use this company, I have written an email to trading standards as I'm just not going to sit and allow them to treat people like this, how they still operating is beyond me!!! Ile also be seeking refund on my diesel costs to and from motherwell, trying hard not to swear on this review as I'm absolutely fuming!!!
