In my 18 years of shopping online and having had all manners of couriers on my doors. This is by far the worst courier service ever. No adjectives do justice to the height of incompetence and lassez faire attitude with this company. And the reason they keep getting away with this ridiculousness is because we are the end users and not the clients who use them to get orders across to customers. Useless app, clueless customer service...absolutely despicable. And I will be leaving an undiluted feedback in the event my bed ever arrives which is running over a week late now!
