Brother in law ordered me a mirror for Xmas. Due 04/01/20. Didn't turn up. Called the range. Mirror broken in transit. Hadn't notified the range or myself. Re ordered. Delivery by xdp due 17/01/20. Didn't turn up.. no notifications and order number is not recognised by their crummy app so I can't even track mirror. After reading other reviews I wonder how the companies who use xdp stay in business or just how many refunds companies have to give back when orders go awol repeatedly. I just want my mirror!. If it was small enough I'd take a taxi but its 6ft tall and have no choice but to hope courier will eventually deliver!.
