Useless. Ordered from Fitness Superstore, received a bed instead. Missed their original delivery slot, not notified of new slot, items left out and delivered a parcel from a completely different company for a completely different company. Tried to have the item picked up, contacting MD of XDP, and customer service at Fitness Superstore. Many promises of returning calls and no action. Now faced with disposing of a large item from my garage.
